This policy covers a-lumination.com. It does not cover other companies’ sites we link to.
What we collect
Information you give us
When you fill out a quote request, contact form, or chat window, we collect what you type into it. That usually means your name, phone number, email address, service address, and a description of the electrical work you need. If you call us, we keep a record of the call and what it was about.
Information collected automatically
Like most websites, ours records technical details when you visit: IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, how long you stayed, and the site or ad that sent you here. This comes from cookies and similar technologies.

Text messages (SMS)
A-Lumination Electric, Inc. is a licensed electrical contractor in Altamonte Springs, FL. We send text messages to residential and commercial customers who have contacted us or requested service, to respond to their inquiries, provide estimates, confirm and schedule service appointments, send technician arrival updates and job follow-ups, and request reviews after completed work. Customers opt in by texting us first, by checking the SMS consent box on our website forms, or by giving verbal consent on a phone call. Customers can reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help at any time.
Mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
We will not sell or share your personal information with third parties or marketing partners.
A-Lumination Electric, Inc. We respect your privacy. We use information you provide to send and respond to your mobile messages. This includes sharing it with platform providers, phone companies, and other vendors who help us deliver messages. We won’t share mobile information with third parties for marketing. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are exempt from this. We may disclose information to satisfy legal, regulatory, or governmental requests, avoid liability, or protect our rights or property. This policy applies to your use of the Text Message Service and doesn’t modify our general Privacy Policy, which may govern our relationship with you in other contexts.

Cookies and tracking
We use cookies to remember your preferences, measure traffic, and see which ads work. Your browser settings let you block or delete cookies, though parts of the site may stop working properly if you do.
These third-party services run on this site:

When we share information
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only in these situations:

How long we keep it
We keep customer and job records as long as we need them for service history, warranty claims, and accounting and tax requirements. Inquiries that never become jobs are kept for a shorter period. When we no longer need information, we delete it or render it unidentifiable.
Your choices
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. We may have to keep some records for legal or warranty reasons, and we will tell you if that applies.
To stop marketing contact, reply STOP to a text, use the unsubscribe link in an email, or just tell us. Cookies are controlled in your browser.

Security
We take reasonable steps to protect the information we hold. No website or company can promise perfect security, so please do not send sensitive details such as full payment card or Social Security numbers through a web form or chat window.

This site is meant for adults arranging electrical work. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we will remove it.
Links to other sites
Our site links to other companies, including financing partners and Google. Once you follow a link, their privacy policy governs, not ours.
