Electrical work is not something you should have to think about twice. Here is what stands behind the work we do and the equipment we install.
Workmanship guarantee
We stand behind how the work is done. If our technical execution does not meet the standard we set, we come back and put it right. Our labor guarantees are handled internally, which means one phone call to us rather than a claim filed with someone else.
Manufacturer warranties
Equipment we install carries the manufacturer’s warranty. Select electrical panels come with a lifetime manufacturer warranty, and our Energy Armor packages include a lifetime manufacturer’s equipment warranty alongside a five-year Energy Armor workmanship guarantee.
Coverage varies by manufacturer and by the specific equipment installed. We give you the written terms for your equipment when the work is finished, and we register the warranty for you where the manufacturer requires it.
Satisfaction guarantee
If you are not happy with the job, tell us. We would rather hear about it and fix it than have you live with work you are unhappy with.
Licensed, insured, and vetted
Every electrician who works on your property is fully licensed and insured. All of our technicians are background-checked and drug-tested before they are sent into the field, because we are asking you to let a stranger into your home.
Care for your property
Technicians wear protective shoe covers, keep an organized workspace, and leave your home as they found it.
Making a claim
Call (407) 298-1412 or email ccr1@a-lumination.com with your service address and roughly when the work was done. We keep your service history on file, so you do not need to dig out paperwork to get started.
What is not covered
Warranties cover our workmanship and the equipment we supply. They do not cover damage from storms, power surges outside the equipment’s rated protection, rodents, flooding, alterations made by someone else after we finish, or normal wear on consumable parts. If you are unsure whether something is covered, call and ask.
Coverage depends on the equipment installed and the service performed. For the exact written terms that apply to your job, contact us and we will send them over.
